Consent Form Policies

1 Acceptance of Service Terms

The Customer acknowledges that submitting their information constitutes a formal request for a consultation or service. By doing so, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2 Authorization to Contact

The Customer grants Green Impulse Australia and its authorized partners express permission to contact them via telephone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

• The Customer agrees that these communications are not "unsolicited" as they are being made at the Customer's request.
• The Customer agrees that this consent overrides any previous registration on the Do Not Call Register.

3 Verification of Identity and Eligibility

The Customer confirms and warrants that:

• They are at least 18 years of age.
• They are the legal owner, tenant, or authorized decision-maker for the property address provided.
• All contact information provided is current, accurate, and belongs to them.

4 Data Usage and Privacy

The Customer agrees to the collection and storage of their personal data (Name, Phone, Email, and Address). The Customer understands this data will be used to:

• Verify eligibility for energy-saving programs.
• Facilitate site inspections and product installations.
• Maintain a record of consent as required by Australian law.

5 Program and Product Acknowledgement

The Customer agrees that any initial information or "rebate estimates" provided online are subject to:

• A technical site assessment.
• Final approval of eligibility criteria.
• Availability of products and installers in their specific region.

6 Right to Rescind Agreement

The Customer acknowledges their right to withdraw this agreement at any time. The Customer agrees that withdrawal must be communicated in writing to info@greenimpulseaustralia.com.au or via the "Opt-Out" mechanisms provided in digital communications (for example, replying "STOP" via SMS).
