2. Services Provided

Green Impulse Australia specializes in energy-efficient solutions, including but not limited to, the supply and installation of air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and insulation. We also assist customers in navigating applicable government energy rebate programs.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • Validity: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Variations: Quotes are based on information provided by the client. Should site conditions or requirements change during the project, we reserve the right to adjust the final pricing accordingly.

  • Currency: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.

4. Rebates and Eligibility

While we assist in facilitating applications for government energy rebates, we do not guarantee the approval of any rebate or incentive. Eligibility is determined solely by the relevant government authority or program administrator. The client is responsible for providing accurate information required for these applications.

5. Payments

  • Invoicing: Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your specific contract or invoice.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate determined by current market standards.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled installation, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may incur a service fee.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We do not provide refunds for “change of mind” once installation services have commenced.

7. Warranties and Liability

  • Workmanship: We warrant our installation services for a period of [Insert Duration, e.g., 12 months] from the date of completion.

  • Manufacturer Warranties: Products installed are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We will assist in facilitating these claims where applicable.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Green Impulse Australia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Green Impulse Australia and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and the state in which the services are performed. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

10. Changes to Terms
