What's the catch?

There isn't one. The program is a Victorian Government initiative to make homes more energy efficient. As an accredited provider we deliver the upgrade and the program covers it.

Do renters qualify?

Yes. Renters are welcome. We just confirm the property owner's consent before we book the installation.
